We offer a range of standard container sizes, including 10-foot, 20-foot, and 40-foot units. Additional specialty sizes may be available upon request, depending on your project needs.

For safe placement, our delivery trucks need adequate clearance:

20-foot container: ~70 feet of straight, clear space

40-foot container: ~120 feet of straight, clear space

A minimum 14 feet of vertical clearance is also required. If your site has tight access, let us know in advance.

We recommend placing containers on level, solid ground such as gravel, asphalt, or concrete. This ensures doors open properly and the unit remains stable. Avoid soft or uneven surfaces unless reinforced.

Standard delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days of your order, depending on availability and location. Expedited delivery may be available upon request.

Yes. Someone with decision making authority must be onsite to confirm placement and sign off on the delivery. This ensures the container is placed exactly where you want it.

Once placed, containers are not easily moved without specialized equipment. Please ensure your placement area is final before delivery to avoid extra relocation fees.

Yes. All containers are wind and water resistant, built from heavy-duty steel, and equipped with lockable doors. For extra security, we recommend using a heavy-duty lock (available for rental).

Minor modifications such as shelving or lockboxes are allowed. For any structural modifications (e.g., cutting, welding), prior written approval from Southern Rental Equipment is required.

When you're ready for pickup, simply contact us to schedule the removal. A clear, unobstructed path must be provided to access the container. Standard pickup typically occurs within 3-5 business days.

Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. We recommend inspecting your container upon delivery and notifying us of any pre-existing issues immediately.

While on your site, you are responsible for the container and insuring the contents stored inside the unit. You may choose to select the damage waiver and content insurance program for an additional fee.
